Council passes recommendations for zoning of cannabis cultivation and processing
Following a three-month public engagement process, review by the City’s Advisory Planning Commission and recommendations from the Manager of Planning, Council will be moving forward and considering bylaw amendments to the City’s zoning bylaw [Bylaw 4832] that will introduce cannabis cultivation and processing [indoor facilities only] as a permitted use within city limits.
